By accessing or using KURA (operated by Fosia Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform — entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and institutions.
KURA is a matchmaking and services platform that connects African entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and institutions. KURA provides:
Important: KURA is not a financial intermediary. We do not process investment transactions, hold funds in escrow, or facilitate crowdfunding. Mentor session fees are professional service charges only. Investment decisions and fund transfers occur entirely outside of KURA.
You must create an account to access most platform features. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You retain ownership of content you submit to KURA (pitches, profiles, documents). By submitting content, you grant KURA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, process, and use that content to operate and improve the platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your submitted content. KURA does not verify the accuracy of pitch data, financial projections, or investor credentials.
You agree not to:
KURA uses a credits system for AI-powered features. Credits may be purchased directly or earned through platform activity. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Mentor session fees are charged in accordance with each mentor's published rate. KURA charges a platform service fee on completed mentor bookings. All fees are displayed before confirmation.
The KURA platform, including its design, AI models, algorithms, and brand assets, are the exclusive property of Fosia Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute KURA's software or design elements without express written permission.
KURA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI scoring, the success of matches, or the quality of any mentor session.
KURA is not liable for any investment decisions made based on information discovered through the platform. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KURA's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to KURA in the 12 months preceding the claim.
KURA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
For users in the European Union, these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
